You can ask for whatever if you don't see it in the list!I need clear references of your character, i can work with a little of text and little references but just to be sure with anything.

GENERAL

Acknowledgement that the final product is digital.
All my artwork is digital. There will not be delivers of any kind of physical copies/products.I, the artist, have the right to use the artwork for promotional usage unless stated other way.

PAYMENT

After final sketch, payment is 100%•Rush commission
Rush on commissions is extra charged depending on the lapse of time i'm asked to have it done.•Multiple pieces
If you're commissioning multiple pieces, you can pay all in one or one at time•Payment plans
These are available for larger commissions. Each portion of the payment plan will contribute towards the completion of a portion of the final piece; payment for each portion is still to be paid upfront, and no progress will be made until done so.•Complexity fee
If the character/commission has more complexity than my usualmente work, price can increase depending on the complexity and commission type

REVISIONS

•Sketch
Sketch is sent within 1-2 weeks after i contact you about starting your commission. In this phase everything about the composition, planning of the illustration is done.
After sketch is approved, i start lineart phase
During the sketching phase, changes are unlimited and free.•Lineart
During the lineart phase, free revisions are accepted for everything except pose, composition and larger pieces of clothes•Coloring
After lineart is approved, i sent a draft raw versión of how the colors in the art should look for revisions. Any revisions to the color palette are done there.
During the coloring phase, just minor color/detail revisions are available for freeComplex revisions might be extra charged depending on the stage of the art

REVISIONS

Turn-around-time depends on my pending work and the number of pieces i'm asked to do. Keep in mind while i'm work on your commission i'm most likely working on 2 more, you can track your status vía trello or directly vía me!TaT is usually 3-8 weeks per piece after final sketch is approved. In case delay happens, i'll let you know.I will inform you the approximate waiting time depending commission complexity

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I, the artist, i'm owner of my work (that means i have the right to use it for promotion of my work, posting on social medias. NOT owning the character) unless it is stated other way.Owner rights and commercial usage (included but not limited: promotional artwork, merchandising, game artwork, social media banners, youtube thumbnails, private commissions, etc) of the art is extra-charged and need to be discussed beforehand by both parts.x1.5 promotional artwork, game artwork, social media banners, youtube thumbnails, secret commissionx2.0 Merchadising, printing, art for products, keycharms, brand artwork

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• When the sketch has been approved, refund is 90%
• When lineart is done, refund is 30%
• After coloring phase starts, NO REFUNDS are possibleI, the artist, have the right that if something happen and I can't continue your commission, I'm able and have the right to refund the 100% of it.

COMMUNICATION

I usually take between 1-3 days MAX to answer.You can ask me about the state of your commission at any stage or anytime you feel to! But please avoid messaging me about it everyday,You can contact me vía Twitter, Gmail or discord too.
